RN Home Health Field Visits – Katy, Hempstead, Magnolia Texas

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with Home Health or Acute Care experience. If you love taking care of ADULT patients in their homes, then we have the perfect position for you.

This is a Permanent DIRECT HIRE salary position that uses a Point System.

Patient seen DAILY: about 5-6 patients per day.

SHIFT: 8a-5p M-F, tight schedule, so minimum daily driving. NO WEEKENDS. Occasional shared On Call duties with extra compensation!  $400/month car allowance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Texas RN License
• 1-2 years of current Home Care experience
• Hospital Nursing experience will be considered but NO Nursing Homes!
• Must have IV and Wound Care experience
• BLS with AHA
• Kinnser /Oasis EMR experience
• MUST have COVID Vaccine

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
