RN Director Of Nursing DON Home Health

We are looking for an exceptional RN Director of Nursing to help our Team provide the best possible care our patients in their homes. The DON will oversee a Team of 5 FT Nurses and several PRN Nurses. The DON will also be the alternate Administrator. This is a DIRECT HIRE Salary position.
This also has an On Call schedule of every 4-5 weeks.

Salary based on years of DON experience!

Census: 120 patients

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p

EMR: Oasis/Kinnser

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Registered Nursing License
• Minimum 2 years as a DON for a home health organization
• Strong Management/Supervisory skills
• BLS with AHA
• COVID Vaccine

NO Nursing Home DON's please!

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Referrals
• Compliance
• Clinical Reviews
