This opportunity to join a national medical group at one of the Tampa locations.
- Position Details
- 100% Outpatient, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, five days clinical, 60-90 mins/day built into their schedule daily for admin time
- 12-14 patients per day. Patients are mostly Medicare Advantage.
- EMR: Allscripts
- The physician will be working with 1 APCs.
- Compensation/Benefits
- A competitive Base Salary + quarterly bonuses based on a percentage of the clinic’s profits; Plus Quality Incentives totaling $40,000 to $50,000 based on APT (admits to hospital compared to budget), patient experience, quality–star rating, and citizenship (meeting attendance, EMR compliance, etc.)
- Benefits: PTO of 160 hours per year (goes up based on tenure), clinics are closed for eight national holidays, CME allowance of $4,500 a year
