Our Client leads a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers with a model provides the most efficient, comprehensive, and proven care techniques to treat the whole patient – physically, mentally, and socially – at each visit
“Quality vs. Quantity Model”
The patient panel is predominately geriatrics with Medicare Advantage coverage.
Their care model limits daily volume to allow providers the time needed to provide quality patient care.
They offer clinical and leadership growth and stability second to none
Providers are supported to practice at the peak of their license
Our Client is influencing change on a national scale while maintaining the culture and community of our local care organizations
100% Outpatient, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, 4.5 days clinical, .5 days for admin
12-15 patients per day
Dedicated MAs and scribes provided
Competitive Base Salary + Quality Incentives
Quality Incentives totaling $40,000-$50,000 a year based on: patient access, patient base, patient experience, quality–star rating, and risk assessment
Additional incentive: $10k per year for home health visits (24 visits per year, twice a month, optional, and in addition to seeing patients in the clinic.)
Benefits: PTO of 160 hours per year (goes up based on tenure), clinics are closed for eight national holidays, CME allowance of $4,500 a year, Professional Expense Fund (PEF) of $5,000 per year
