Join a growing organization that is local to San Antonio and is physician owned and led with locations across the city. We are looking for a primary care physician for the San Pedro Ave clinic location.
This group employs 45 professionals across several outpatient clinic locations caring for patients 18 years and up. Run your clinic in a manner that supports your style and comfort with the support and infrastructure of an established organization. Medical Assistants, Scribes and administrative personnel are there to support you. EMR used is eCW and physicians average 17 patients per day from several payors and plans.
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required.
Clinic hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. No weekends, no call, no evenings.
First year salary of $225K – $250K is guaranteed. Physicians averaging 20-22 patients per day are earning $300K/year. There is a marketing team in place to bring in more patients to this already established location. As the physician, your sole focus is to deliver excellent care and a wonderful patient experience while your team supports you and introduces new patients to your practice.
Full benefits package to include employer sponsored health plan, PTO, 401K matching, holiday pay and sick pay. Base compensation $225K – $250K and a separate bonus plan based on productivity and quality metrics.
