Nurse Practitioner – Bronx, NY

Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, GNP, AGACNP) opportunities in the following areas of New York State and New Jersey

• Albany-Albany County, Rensselaer County, Columbia County
• The Bronx
• South Jersey-Camden County and Burlington County
• South Central New Jersey-Ocean and Monmouth

Mileage reimbursement: Travelling done mostly to SNF facilities, some patient homes

Volume: 3-5 notes/day

Rate: $95/hr

Shift: 8a-5p M-F

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Unrestricted NYS NP License
• Board Certified in one of the following-FNP, ANP, GNP, AGACNP
• Current and active DEA
• 1 year of clinical experience in LTC preferred
• Ability to gain a collaborative practice agreement if required by your state
• COVID Vaccine
