Our client has a new initiative delivering primary care to the most fragile patients’ homes. Provenir Healthcare is actively looking for an NP or PA in Tampa, FL.

Candidates qualified for the Home and Supportive Care position must have 1 year of experience delivering primary care. In this role, you will primarily manage care in the patient’s home; however, care may require an office or other facility setting, depending on the patient’s needs.
