Provenir Healthcare is actively looking for an NP or PA for the Rio Grande Valley, Texas Market

Experience and Qualifications: Candidates qualified for the Home and Supportive Care position must have 1 year of experience as an NP or PA delivering primary care. In this role, you will primarily manage care in the patient’s home; however, care may require an office or other facility setting, depending on the patient’s needs.
