NP or PA for Home and Supportive Care – DFW, Texas

Provenir Healthcare is actively looking for an NP or PA for a new home health primary care initiative for our national client.

Experience and Qualifications: Candidates qualified for the Home and Supportive Care position must have 1 year of experience. In this role, you will primarily manage care in the patient’s home; however, care may require an office or other facility setting, depending on the patient’s needs.
