Manager of NICU Las Vegas, NV

Provenir Healthcare is actively looking for a Manager of NICU in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate is skilled in communication and has the desire to provide quality leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring  high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures, and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Experience and Qualifications: Candidates qualified for the Manager of NICU position must have

•  Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
•  BSN preferred (or actively in progress)
• NV RN License required (will consider out of state candidates that has the licensure pending)
•  BLS, NRP
• Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) or Nursing Administration (CNA) preferred
• 1+ year of healthcare experience
• 1+ year experience in a leadership role

THIS IS A MIXED SHIFT POSITION THAT WILL REQUIRE EVENING/NIGHT COVERAGE.
